※Lectures will generally be given in English. (We have a Japanese assistant, so you can ask questions in Japanese)

【Teacher’s profile】
Hanneke van Driel, born in 1965, has built a diverse career spanning education, consultancy, and international relations. After earning her Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Amsterdam in 1993, she moved to Japan with her husband, where she taught English and engaged in various trading activities. This experience provided her with valuable insights into Japanese culture and business practices. Upon returning to the Netherlands in 2002, Hanneke joined Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen as a lecturer and product owner at the School for Facility Management, where she has been teaching and developing for over 20 years in the departments of facility management and business administration.
She has also contributed significantly to the Innovatie Werkplaats Publieke Inkoop (Innovation Workplace for Public Procurement), a collaborative initiative designed to enhance public procurement practices through education and research, where she established a co-workership between five universities and the Dutch government.
（Hanneke van Driel 氏は1965年生まれで、教育、コンサルティング、国際関係にわたる幅広いキャリアを積み重ねてきました。アムステルダム大学で組織社会学の修士号を取得した後、1993年に夫と共に日本へ移住し、英語を教え、さまざまな貿易活動に従事しました。この経験により、Hanneke 氏は日本文化とビジネスの慣習について貴重な洞察を得ました。2002年にオランダに戻り、Hanze応用科学大学の講師として、またファシリティマネジメント学部のプロダクトオーナーとして活躍し、20年以上にわたり教育と発展に貢献してきました。
また、Hanneke 氏は公共調達におけるイノベーション職場にも重要な貢献をしており、教育と研究を通じて公共調達の実践を強化する共同イニシアティブを立ち上げ、5つの大学とオランダ政府との協力を推進しました。）
